Who we are

Northwoods Apps makes the Hunting Camp App and this website. Contact: support@northwoodsapps.com.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give your real email address so you can reset your password.

Camps and admins

• The person who creates a camp is its owner and admin. Admins decide who joins, can make other members admins, and can remove posts and people.
• A camp's admins are responsible for how they run their camp. We're not a party to agreements between camp members (leases, dues, stand assignments and so on).

What you post

• You own what you post. You give us permission to store it and show it to the members of your camp, which is what the app needs to work.
• Don't post anything illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit, anything that isn't yours to share, or anything that breaks hunting or wildlife laws.
• Anyone can report a post. Camp admins and we may remove content or accounts that break these terms.

Plans, trials and payment

• New camps get a free 3-day trial. After that, a plan is needed to keep adding to the camp.
• Paid plans aren't on sale yet. When they are, these terms will be updated with how buying, renewing and cancelling work before anyone is charged.
• If a camp's plan ends, nothing is deleted: members can still read the camp, and picking a plan again picks up where it left off.
• Each plan has a set number of people and photos. Prices are shown in the app and on this site before you buy.

Hunting information

Season dates, weather, moon phases and similar information are provided for convenience and can be wrong or out of date. Always check the official regulations from your state's wildlife agency (in Wisconsin, the DNR) before you hunt. You're responsible for following the law.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time (see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that removes). We may suspend accounts or camps that break these terms or misuse the service.

The service

We work hard to keep the apps running and your data safe, but they're provided "as is", without guarantees that they'll always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Northwoods Apps isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll let you know in the app before the change takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
